Marsh & Partners recognise the importance of a disciplined and planned training and development program. This ensures that knowledge flows across the firm.
A six level program has been designed to train and develop our people:- On the job review
- External presenters
- Professional technical training held weekly (with lunch provided)
- Practical “hands-on” training held weekly
- Specialist technical training every six months
- Yearly reviews for staff as well as an annual planning day
Staff are encouraged to undertake the CA or CPA professional courses with two and half days’ study/exam leave provided for each course. Upon successful completion of each course staff are reimbursed for their course fees.
